Commercial Lawyer opening with a thriving boutique Sydney CBD commercial law firm. You'll dive into a range of advisory work, catering to Australian and international clients, including major corporations, non-profit organizations, and high-profile individuals with multi-billion-dollar portfolios.

About the position:

You will be working closely with Partners and taking the lead on complex matters and dealing directly with some of our key high-profile clients both locally and internationally on:
n
n
Asset and Share Sales and Acquisitions
n
Investment Agreements
n
Joint Ventures
n
Corporate Structuring including high value, complex shareholder and unitholder arrangements
n
Drafting and negotiating loan and security documents
n
Drafting and negotiating general commercial agreements
n
$90,000 - $150,000 DOE
n

Requirements:

2 years + PAE in commercial law in private practice
n
Be confident in providing sound commercial advice and be a decision maker.
n
Approachable and someone who enjoys sharing their knowledge with other practitioners.
