The Findlay Group's Truganina batter blending facility is now hiring a Casual Production Operator to support our growing operations producing gluten‐free coating systems including pre‐mixes, specialty products, and a variety of batter styles for commercial customers across New Zealand and Australia.

About the Role:
n
Position: Production Operator
n
Schedule: The plant operates Monday to Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm
n
Rate: $29 – $***** per hour (depending on experience)
n
We offer full training — no prior experience required!You'll be involved in:
n
n
Measuring and mixing ingredients – Manual handling of up to 25 kg bags
n
Cleaning the factory floor and equipment on regular basis
n
Operating machinery and monitoring processes
n




Reporting safety hazards or equipment issues
n
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
n
n

Basic maths skills
n
Robust team player with a reliable and punctual work ethic

Enthusiastic, energetic attitude

Desirable Skills – A Bonus, But Not Essential:

HR truck licence
n
Experience in Health & Safety
n
Basic computer skills

Background in the food industry
