We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant role where you will take ownership, build strong client relationships and be accountable for delivering successful outcomes.
n
This is a role for someone who likes to get things done. You will manage recruitment projects end-to-end, work directly with decision-makers, influence hiring outcomes and be accountable for agreed timelines, activity and performance targets.

The Role
n
You will lead recruitment delivery across a portfolio of clients, managing projects from initial briefing through to successful placement.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Leading client briefings and developing recruitment strategies
n
Managing active roles, candidate pipelines and delivery timelines
n
Proactively sourcing, engaging and assessing candidates
n
Providing clients with market insights and practical hiring advice
n
Managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to placement
n
Building long-term client and candidate relationships
n
Working collaboratively with the team to deliver successful outcomes
n
Maintaining accurate systems, activity and reporting
n
Working towards agreed KPIs, targets and delivery expectations
n
Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to the broader business
n

About You
n

You will ideally:

Have proven experience in agency recruitment and/or talent acquisition
n
Be commercially minded and motivated by achieving results

Take ownership of your workload, clients and outcomes
n
Be confident picking up the phone, having difficult conversations and influencing stakeholders
