The Opportunity
n
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a Tier One contractor on a major hospital project in Geelong.
n
This is an immediate-start contract position running through to the end of ****, with the opportunity to work on a high-profile healthcare project within a strong project team.
n
About The Role
n
As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day delivery of the project on site, ensuring works are completed safely, to a high standard and in accordance with programme requirements.
n
n
Supervising subcontractors and site-based trades
n
Coordinating day-to-day site activities and sequencing
n
Monitoring progress against programme
n
Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with quality and safety requirements
n
Coordinating with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors
n
Assisting with site documentation, inspections and reporting
n
Identifying and resolving site issues as they arise




n
Maintaining strong communication across the project team
n
n
About You
n
n
Proven Site Supervisor experience within a Tier One contractor
n
Previous experience working on large-scale commercial construction projects
n
Healthcare / hospital project experience is highly desirable
n
Strong knowledge of construction methodology, site coordination and subcontractor management
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
n
Ability to work effectively within a large project team
n
Relevant construction qualifications and tickets
n
