Position Available:We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our team at Villawood, NSW. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for someone with a positive, can-do attitude and prior experience in transport, particularly with bulk fluids.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan resources, allocate fleet, and coordinate overall transport movements.
n
Manage day-to-day operations involving road, rail, and wharf services.
n
Ensure timely and effective scheduling with clear communication.
n
Plan maintenance with the Workshop/Washbay.
n
Liaise with clients and internal key management.
n




Prepare relevant transport documentation and paperwork.
n
Provide safety-focused leadership.
n
Create jobs in our Transport Management System (TMS).
n
Assist other team members and departments as needed.
n
