Amazing leadership opportunity at our Mount Clear aged care Our 120 bed, aged care in the vibrant regional centre of Ballarat, Mount Clear offers a up-to-date, warm and welcoming environment. With heritage streetscapes, treed boulevards and historic parks, Mount Clear is Estia Health's newest residential home.

About the Role
n
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact—driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

In this role you will:

Find the best way forward for our residents and people
n
Run a tight ship - maintaining efficiency and operational safety
n
Keep the lights on and making sure revenue targets are met
n
Inspire your team to perform and grow
n
Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit
n

You'll be a strong business leader with commercial acumen and a generous style of management.

You'll also have:

A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
n
Spent at least five years in a management role
n
A background in aged or medical care
n
Worked with a number of different systems
n
