As we continue to evolve, we're looking for an exceptional Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Coordinator to become the driving force behind one of our most critical business processes.

The Opportunity:
n
This isn't an administration role.
n
It's an opportunity to become the central coordinator of our enterprise-wide planning process, bringing together Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing and Executive Leadership to ensure the business is aligned behind one plan.
n
You'll own the rhythm of our monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle, ensuring the right conversations happen, the right insights are available, and decisions are made with confidence.
n
Working closely with senior leaders across the business, you'll facilitate planning forums, challenge assumptions, identify risks and opportunities,
and continuously improve how SPC Global plans and executes its strategy.
n

What You'll Be Doing
n
You'll become the engine room behind SPC Global's planning process by:
n
n
Leading the monthly Integrated Business Planning cycle from end to end.
n
Coordinating cross-functional planning meetings and executive forums.
n
Preparing insightful reporting packs, dashboards and recommendations for senior leaders.
n
Analysing forecast movements, business performance and planning assumptions.
n
Keeping stakeholders accountable to planning milestones and agreed actions.
n
Driving alignment between demand, supply, operational and financial plans.
n
Championing governance, consistency and best practice across the planning process.
n
Identifying opportunities to automate, simplify and continuously improve the way we plan our business.
n
n
About You
n
You're someone who enjoys making things happen.
n
You naturally bring order to complex environments and have the confidence to work with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation.
n
You'll likely have experience in Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial Planning, Sales Operations or Business Planning,
and you'll be comfortable analysing data while also facilitating conversations that drive outcomes.
n
You'll also bring:
n
n
Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
n
Excellent organisational and project coordination skills.
n
Confidence preparing presentations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
n
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
n
The ability to influence without authority and keep multiple workstreams moving.
n
A continuous improvement mindset with an interest in automation and smarter ways of working.
n
Experience with ERP or planning systems such as D365, SAP IBP, Anaplan or similar will be highly regarded.
