MR Truck Driver with Forklift licence (Casual with a view to permanent)

You will play an important role in supporting our Melbourne transport and depot operations, including collecting and delivering freight for existing and new customer contracts.

Key responsibilities
n
n
Collection and delivery of air and sea freight across Melbourne
n
Airport, freight terminal and customer collections
n
Multi-drop pickups and deliveries
n
Safe loading and unloading of freight
n
Operating an MR truck safely and professionally
n
Forklift operation and freight handling
n
Assisting with warehouse and cargo processing when required
n
Freight scanning and basic computer-based processing
n
Ensuring freight is handled securely and delivered on time
n
Maintaining WHS and Chain of Responsibility requirements
n

About you
n
n




Current Forklift Licence - essential
n
Minimum 2 years' truck driving experience
n
Good driving record
n
Strong knowledge of Melbourne roads and transport routes
n
Experience with multi-drop pickups and deliveries
n
Airfreight, sea freight, courier or logistics experience highly regarded
n
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn our operational systems
n
Strong focus on safety and compliance
n
