Due to our extensive ******* pipeline of passive and fire damper works within Sydney
n
metropolitan area, we are seeking a skilled and experienced 1 x Passive Technician to join our growing team in Sydney.
n
This full-time role is working within established teams installing passive fire protection
n
systems within major exclusive projects in commercial
n
and residential properties in Sydney CBD.
n
Competitive salary negotiable depending on the experience and qualifications.

Job tasks and responsibilities
n
n
Review supplied passive fire manufacture installation specifications
n
Complete the installation of passive fire protection products within buildings
n
Be part of a team of hardworking and committed professionals, striving to set the benchmark in the fire industry
n
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to ensure all work meets industry standards and guidelines
n




Participate in training to stay up-to-date with the latest passive fire protection and fire damper systems and best practices
n
Support the ongoing development and optimisation of our service delivery and internal systems
n
UPTICK system experienced or able to be provided with internal system training
n
n
Skills and experience
n
n
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Passive Fire Technician or in a similar role
n
We are open to experienced tradesmen with plastering skills set or training opportunities
n
Commitment to quality and safety
n
Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
Professional, well presented & honest
n
Highly motivated & driven with close attention to detail
n
Strict adherence to the rules and regulations within the trade and OH&S; policies and procedures
n
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
n
No criminal records as many of our clients require a clean police check
n
A valid driver's licence
n
White card required
n
