Job description:

Providing skilled health
assessment,diagnosisand
treatment services to patients. Ordering diagnostic tests and following up
withpatientsregardingresults.
Referring patients appropriately to other
providersasrequiredforoptimalhealth

Qualifications:
n
Essential -recognisedmedical degree
n
Desirable - post-graduate general practice/primary healthcare qualifications
n
Currentor eligible forAHPRA registration, suitable for the position.
n
Skills/experience:
n
At least 3-5 years post-graduate general medical practice experiencein Australia or a similar health care setting, and able to assess symptoms and physical signs, toestablisha diagnosis when possible, and to exercise sound clinical judgement in further management.
