Job Description
This is a HR Avisor role reporting to the General Manager. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance and leadership team across Atticus Health, M&S; Home Care, CommCare and Willing Enable. The role is head office based at Highett, supporting a team of around 30, with the wider group employing over 200 people mostly working offsite across clinics and care services.

Full time preferred, 4 days per week considered.

Key responsibilities
n
Recruitment across the group including GPs, nurses, allied health, clinic and office staff
n
Building a candidate pipeline so recruitment is not starting cold every time someone leaves
n
Employment contracts, from drafting through to sign-off and renewals
n
Employee relations, performance conversations and the harder end of people management
n
Onboarding and induction across multiple sites and entities
n
Oversight of payroll, working with the payroll officer who does the processing
n
Ensuring award obligations and employment records are in valuable order
n
Advising managers on people decisions before they become problems
n
Building the HR systems and records a business this size needs

About you
n




Will suit experienced HR Manager looking for flexible hours or HR Advisor looking to build their career.
n
Proven HR generalist experience in a business of 100 people or more
n
Recruitment experience end to end, including going out and finding candidates rather than only working through applications
n
Confidence drafting and managing employment contracts
n
Sound working knowledge of modern awards and Fair Work obligations
n
Payroll experience or a good understanding of how payroll works is highly regarded
n
Experience across healthcare, aged care or NDIS is highly regarded
n
Self-starter who can work with autonomy and build structure
n
