We are currently seeking aFoundry Labourerto join ourIpswich operationson afull-time, permanent basis, withregular overtime available.

About the Role
n
Working within ourBeforecast team, you will prepare sand moulds for the casting of molten metal in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
n
This role offers:

38-hour week (Monday to Friday)
n

You will report directly to theBeforecast Supervisorand work as part of a skilled, collaborative production team.

Key Responsibilities
n
n




Produce moulds and cores usingboxed and boxless moulding techniques (full training provided)
n
Select appropriate moulding boxes and report equipment defects
n
Operatesand mixing machinery
n
Correct use and maintenance ofPPE and safety equipment
n
Maintain clean and organised work areas
n
Contribute to continuous improvement and secure work practices
n
n
You will demonstrate
n
n
Safe operation of overhead cranes, forklift and lifting equipment (Desirable but not required)
n
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
n
Commitment to workplace safety and team collaboration
n
