Job Description
National Manager, Health Services Accreditation
n
Australian General Practice Accreditation Limited (AGPAL) and Quality Innovation Performance (QIP) have an exciting chance for a National Manager, Health Services Accreditation. AGPAL is the leading provider of accreditation and related quality improvement services to general practices in Australia.AGPAL's subsidiary organisation QIP, established as a result ofa merger between Australia's four major primary care accreditation bodies, delivers comprehensive accreditation and support services across the health and human services continuum.

The primary role for this position is to manage the day-to-day operations for the delivery of Health and Community accreditation programs.
n
Key deliverables of the role:
n
n
High-quality, timely and consistent accreditation services across the Health and Community accreditation programs.
n
Strong client retention and renewal outcomes, supported by systematic analysis of client losses, feedback and service performance.
n
Trusted relationships with clients, scheme owners, industry bodies and strategic partners such as Australian Dental Association, 'The Y Australia' and Rainbow Health.
n
Effective leadership, workload management and capability development for the Client Relationship Officer team.
n
Successful implementation of new and revised standards, programs and operational processes including the Safeguarding program.
n
Sustainable portfolio growth supported by reliable pipeline, capacity, revenue, margin, quality and risk reporting.
n
n
Knowledge and skills required:
n
n
Previous experience in health, human and/or community services at a management level
n
Experience in quality assurance, quality management, accreditation, health/human services and or primary care would be highlydesirable.
n
Leadership and people-management experience in client-service, accreditation, certification, quality-assurance or comparable regulated environments.
n
Strong operational management skills across planning, service delivery, workload management, performance monitoring and process improvement.
n
Ability to build senior stakeholder and client relationships, manage escalations and negotiate practical outcomes.
n
Commercial and financial acumen, including budgets, revenue, margin, pipeline analysis and evidence-based resourcing.
n
Project and change-management capability, including implementation of new standards, programs, systems or processes.
n
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with sound judgement, emotional intelligence and attention to detail.
n
Ability to analyse performance data, client feedback and risk information and turn insights into corrective action.
n
High digital literacy, including Microsoft 365, CRM systems, databases and reporting tools.
n
n
