The Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
n

Efficiently purchase catering, laundry, and refrigeration parts to maximize profit while meeting team supply needs.
n
Source parts from non manufacturer suppliers trough the other channels available, Locally & offshore.
n
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and new suppliers to ensure proactive purchasing strategies.
n
Manage inventory within the Simpro system to ensure accurate stock levels.
n




Oversee vehicle stock requirements for engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
n
Build and maintain trustful relationships with clients and key stakeholders within hospitality businesses.
n
Support the service delivery team by providing daily phone backup and assistance with inquiries.
n
n
Ideal Candidate:
n
n
Proven experience in purchasing and stock control, ideally within the food service industry.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
n
Knowledge of Simpro software is advantageous.
n
