Are you a Civil or Stormwater Engineer who enjoys being hands-on with design while also taking ownership of projects from concept through to delivery?

An established and growing engineering consultancy is seeking a Civil / Stormwater Engineer to join their Sydney team. This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of civil infrastructure and land development projects while taking a lead role in project delivery and client engagement.

The Role
n
This is a technically focused position where you'll remain actively involved in design while leading projects and mentoring junior team members.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n
n
Stormwater design and modelling for land development and infrastructure projects
n
Civil design for subdivisions, roads and associated infrastructure
n
Project management and coordination
n
Client liaison and stakeholder engagement
n
Preparation and review of technical documentation and reports
n
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
n
n
Current Projects
n
You'll be involved in a strong pipeline of work including:
n
n
Master planned communities - bulk earthworks, roads and infrastructure delivery
n




Small to medium-sized residential, commercial and industrial subdivisions
n
Multiple road infrastructure projects for local councils
n
Substation and utilities-related developments
n
n
Skills & Experience
n
n
Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
n
Experience in civil and stormwater design within Australia
n
Solid knowledge of subdivision and road infrastructure projects
n
Proficiency in some or all of the following:12d, Drains, MUSIC, TUFLOW, HEC-RAS
n
Ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders
n
Robust technical and problem-solving skills
n
