In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers, workshop operations and warehouse activities. About the Role

Driveline Services Australia is seeking a motivated Spare Parts and Service Coordinator to join our branch in Dubbo in a newly created role with immediate start available. In this role, you will play an integral part in our daily operations, supporting customers, workshop operations and warehouse activities. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone mechanically minded, organised and great with people.

Key Responsibilities
n
You'll provide frontline customer service while supporting sales, workshop scheduling and warehouse functions. Daily tasks include:
n
n
Handling customer enquiries via phone, email and in person
n
Providing product, technical and general support
n
Processing payments, credits, warranties and returns
n
Coordinating stock: ordering, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch
n
Maintaining accurate stock control and assisting with stock takes
n
Preparing service/repair documentation and communicating job progress
n
Supporting workshop job flow and invoicing completed work
n
Upholding safety, cleanliness and company standards across all areas
n
n




About You
n
n
Mechanical aptitude; experience with driveshafts, diffs, gearboxes or suspension is a bonus
n
Ability to interpret technical information and part numbers
n
Strong customer service skills and transparent communication
n
Solid admin skills, including Microsoft Office
n
High attention to detail, organised and self‐motivated
n
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
n
Fit for both office and warehouse duties, including some heavy lifting
n
Current Australian driver's licence (essential)
n
Forklift licence (advantageous)
n
Full Australian work rights
