The Opportunity

We are seeking passionate and experienced Client Advisors looking to elevate their retail career at our Sydney Westfield & Elizabeth St Boutiques. As a FENDI Ambassador, you will bring our heritage, craftsmanship, quality, and creativity to life in every client interaction.

Your Responsibilities
n
n
Drive results across all categories through upselling, cross-selling, and storytelling.
n
Consistently achieve assigned KPIs including sales targets, core category targets, and NPS.
n
n
Client Management
n
n
Build long-term client relationships through personalised service and a client-centric approach.
n
Use CRM tools effectively to support client retention, loyalty, and brand engagement.
n
n
Store Operations & Maintenance
n
n
Accurately manage inventory, stock transfers, payments, and customer database inputs.
n
Maintain visual merchandising standards and support a safe, clean, and well-presented boutique environment.
n
Work collaboratively with the team to support daily store operations.
n
n
Who We Are Looking For
n
n




Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion or high-end luxury retail.
n
Experience working toward sales targets and KPIs.
n
Experience using CRM, POS, or retail management systems.
n
Strong personal presentation and grooming standards.
n
Flexibility to work non-traditional retail hours.
n
For Senior Client Advisor applicants: prior experience coaching junior team members.
n
Additional language skills are highly regarded.
n
