About the Role
n
This is a full-time, permanent position delivering nationally recognised workplace safety training to a diverse range of industries throughout NSW.
n
Working within a supportive and experienced team, you'll deliver engaging training, assess student competency, maintain compliance requirements and help ensure every student leaves with the knowledge and confidence to work safely.
n
No two days are the same. You'll deliver practical, hands‐on training, work with a variety of clients and industries, and be part of an organisation that values quality training and positive student outcomes.

Training Areas
n
We're particularly interested in applicants who can deliver two or more of the following:




n
Work Safely at Heights
n
Confined Space (Enter & Work / Gas Testing / Rescue Training)
n
Low Voltage Rescue (LVR)
n
Forklift and/or Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
n
Experience delivering additional workplace safety courses will be highly regarded.
n
What We're Looking For
n
Must have:
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
n
Relevant vocational competency in the units you wish to deliver
n
Current industry and VET currency
n
Experience delivering training within an RTO environment (preferred)
n
Strong communication and presentation skills
n
The ability to engage students from a wide range of backgrounds
n
Sound judgement when making assessment decisions
n
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
n
A genuine commitment to student safety and quality training outcomes
n
You'll also require:

Current Working With Children Check
n
National Police Check
n
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
n
Australian work rights
