Solid operational knowledge across Air and Ocean freight operations.
n
Deep understanding of CargoWise One (CW1).
n




Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
n
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement and workshop leadership skills.
n
Experience working across multiple countries or regions.
n
Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
n
The ability to balance global standards with regional operational requirements.
n
Lean, Six Sigma or Process Improvement qualifications are advantageous but not essential.
