Coasteel Engineering is a family-owned and operated structural steel fabrication company on the Sunshine Coast. Due to an increase in demand for our services, an opportunity has arisen for a
Boilermaker/Fabricator
to join our team.

The Position:
n
The position isfull-time(secure employment!) and available forimmediate start. Ordinary hours are Monday to Friday, with plenty of overtime hours available at overtime rates.
n
The position will involve a wide range of structural steel fabrication work for residential,
commercial/industrial
and custom projects. There will be an opportunity for the right candidate to be trained in-house to operate our advanced technologies, including CNC machinery and robotic welders. There is also a possibility of on-site work if required.

Successful applicants will have the following:
n
Trade Qualification (Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade)
n
Prior experience in structural steel
n
The ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings
n
Knowledge of protected work practices and WH&S;
n
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
n
Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
n
Forklift license and/or EWP ticket desirable but not mandatory
n
On-site experience highly regarded
n
