The opportunity:
n
Leading, supporting and developing experienced healthcare teams
n
Building capability and encouraging strong performance across the service
n
Maintaining high standards of clinical practice and service quality
n
Providing guidance and support around complex care requirements
n




Identifying opportunities to improve processes and the client experience
n
Supporting teams through change and evolving service requirements
n
Working collaboratively with the wider leadership team and key stakeholders
n
About you:
n
We're looking for an experienced healthcare leader who can combine strong clinical knowledge with an engaging and practical approach to leadership.
n
You will ideally bring:
n
n
Leadership experience within aged care, community services or a relevant healthcare environment
n
Experience managing and developing people
n
Strong understanding of quality, safety and contemporary clinical practice
n
Confidence navigating complex clinical and service delivery matters
n
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
n
Community aged care or home care experience will be highly regarded, however strong clinical leaders with transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.
