JPEX Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Internal Sales Engineer for an established Australian manufacturer specialising in agricultural machinery, tractor attachments, loaders and equipment.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in agricultural machinery, farm equipment, heavy equipment, engineering, technical sales or internal sales who enjoys working directly with customers and finding practical equipment solutions.

The Role:
n
As Internal Sales Person you will be an important point of contact for customers, dealers and internal teams.
n
You'll combine technical product knowledge, sales capability and customer service to help customers select the right equipment, provide accurate quotations and ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Providing internal sales and hands‐on sales support to customers
n
Preparing and following up sales quotations
n
Processing customer orders accurately and within required lead timesResponding to customer enquiries, including new product quotations and spare parts
n




Providing technical and product information to customers
n
Assisting customers with warranty enquiries and warranty issues
n
Undertaking field sales where appropriate
n
Maintaining accurate pricing and customer/product information
n
Supporting marketing plans, newsletters and marketing materials
n
Assisting with the development of new products to meet customer requirements
n
Maintaining accurate customer and product databases
n
n

We're looking for someone who is mechanically minded, technically capable and genuinely enjoys helping customers. We'll look at experienced professionals & those looking to transition into sales.

You will ideally have:
n
n
Experience in internal sales, technical sales, agricultural machinery or equipment sales
n
Strong customer service and communication skills
n
The ability to understand customer requirements and recommend practical solutions
n
Experience preparing quotations and processing sales orders
n
Strong attention to detail and accurate administration skills
n
The ability to manage multiple customer enquiries and follow-ups
n
A proactive approach to sales and customer relationships
n
An interest in machinery, engineering, agriculture or related industries
n
Good computer and database skills
n
Experience with agricultural equipment dealerships, machinery sales, spare parts, loaders, tractor implements, earthmoving equipment or technical products will be highly regarded, but not essential!
