The Role:

Build strong relationships within the local community
n
Run open homes and assist with inspections
n
Prospect and cold call to generate new business
n
Follow up with buyers and vendors
n
Prepare and distribute mail-outs
n
Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
n
Coordinate pest & building inspections
n
Assist with advertising and marketing campaigns
n
Deliver outstanding, personalised service to every client
n
Develop strong knowledge of the Lower North Shore market

About You:

Current Driver's Licence and your own car
n
Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Previous real estate experience - sales or leasing experience considered
n
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
Well presented, confident and professional
n
Highly motivated with a genuine interest in building a career in sales
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Local area knowledge is highly regarded
n
Comfortable working Saturdays
n
n
