What you'll own every day
n This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be right in the action:

Call floor leadership
n Keep the energy high and the team accountable — ensuring consultants are active, focused, and making calls when not completing approved admin.
n
KPI tracking & accountability
n Own the numbers in real time. Monitor individual and team performance across key metrics like meetings booked, brochures sent, and jobs won.
n
Quote quality assurance
n Spot-check outgoing quotes to ensure accuracy, correct pricing, and completion of all required fields.
n
Referral database coaching
n Coach the team to maximise opportunities within the referral database — turning contacts into meetings, brochures, and wins.
n
Quote call coaching
n Work side-by-side with your team on quote calls, driving a strong close rate and a "win-all" mentality.

Call recording & feedback




n Review calls regularly and deliver structured, actionable feedback that genuinely improves performance.
n
Inbox management
n Ensure all enquiries and inboxes are cleared daily — no missed opportunities.
n

n Set the tone for a high-performance, high-energy sales floor where wins are celebrated and standards stay high.

What you bring

Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team in a high-volume, phone-based environment
n
A natural coach — you're passionate about developing people and lifting performance
n
Strong leadership presence without micromanaging — you lead by example
n
The ability to analyse sales calls and deliver feedback that actually changes behaviour
n
Confidence working with data, KPIs, and performance metrics
n
A high-accountability mindset — you don't accept excuses, you drive outcomes
n
Energy, positivity, and a competitive edge that lifts the whole team
n

(Experience in property, financial services, or professional services is a bonus — not essential.)
