Spare Parts Interpreter or Junior Interpreter

The Spare Parts Interpreter is a permanent full time position based at Rockela, reporting to the Spare Parts General Manager. The role involves picking and packing orders, managing stock across the Rocklea Yard, and supporting the Spare Parts team with warehouse and delivery operations.
n
We are welcoming both qualified and junior(limited experience in warehouse and parts) candidates for this position.
n
Key responsibilities
n
Picking and packing orders received from external and internal customers
n
Completing regular walkthroughs and stock takes on stock in the Rocklea depot and placing orders for low stocked items
n
Assisting in stock takes carried out across the Spare Parts Division in various branches
n
Inventorying incoming stock and packing stock away in the parts warehouse
n
Ensuring the store is kept organised and up to date
n




Completing the delivery and collection of spare parts or related items for the workshop
n
Assisting the Spare Parts team with adhoc duties
n
Ensuring the store is kept clean, tidy and free of OHS hazards such as trips and slips
n
About you
n
Ability to maintain an accuracy and attention to detail for the inventory of stock in the store, incoming and outgoing
n
Ability to develop relationships with internal and external
stakeholders/customers
n
Experience with learning new technologies and systems
n
Forklift licence is desirable
