The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a Grade 3 Social Worker to join the Kidney Care Service in Parkville, VIC. You will provide psychosocial care to renal patients and families across outpatient and inpatient settings, while offering clinical leadership and mentoring within a multidisciplinary team.

You will support patients through chronic kidney disease, dialysis and transplantation decisions, and contribute to service improvements and high-quality, patient-centred care.
