An opportunity is now available for a face-to-face on campus Full-time or part time permanent trainers and Assessors to join our national training team inSydney CBDWe are looking for candidates who will be able to deliver and assess our Health Care and Early Childhood Education and Care courses such as:

Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
n
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Car
n
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing and Disability)
n
Diploma of Community Services (Case Management)
n
The successful candidate must have the following experience, knowledge and skills:
n
TAE***** Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification or higher
n




Relevant Vocational Qualifications and competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
n
Current industry experience which demonstrates the relevant vocational competencies
n
Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning
n
Ability to translate industry experience into quality training
n
Highly developed interpersonal skills that can engage people from a variety of backgrounds
n
Well organised with outstanding time management skills
n
Ability to work collegially and autonomously
n
Minimum 2 years relevant industry training experience
n
Excellent presentation and communication skills
n
Good understanding of training packages and the ability to deliver training content in a flexible learning environment
n
Well versed with Standards for RTO's ****
n
Willingness to contribute to resource contextualisation and participate in assessment validation activities
n
You must be an Australian permanent resident or citizen to apply for this position. You must also have a current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
