What we are looking for:
n
We are looking for an Experienced Roofing Site Supervisor to join our McHugh Steel team.
n
The successful applicant must work well within a team, have a high level of communication skills, be reliable and organised.
n
Duties will include but not limited to:
n
n
Pre site/measures and post
inspections/quality
control checks
n
Full site
supervising/project
management
n
Installations for maintenance for fascia, gutter and roofing
n
Liaising with onsite trades and building supervisors
n
Day to day scheduling, management and coordination of trades on site, suppliers & deliveries, completion of paperwork and other admin tasks.
n
Ensure correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times.
n
Maintaining site safety and cleanliness
n
Ensuring work is completed to a satisfactory standard
n
Enforce and adhere to OH&S; regulations
n
Attend weekly construction meetings
n
n
About You:
n
n
Has strong leadership & motivational skills
n
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors
n
An ability to ensure that jobs are scheduled effectively and are managed within budget and time specifications.
n
Exceptional attention to detail and quality
n
Confidence and ability in dealing with a diverse range of people
n
Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines
n
Good communication skills, including oral and written communication
n
A passion to produce a high quality of work
n
n
Job requirements:
n
n
QBCC Building Supervisors licence held (highly desired)
n
Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
n
Trade/Construction background (Metal roofing experience preferred)
n
n
