EVT Moonlight Cinema Melbourne is seeking a Venue Manager to lead a seasonal workforce of approximately 60 onsite crew and oversee all venue operations, safety, customer experience, and commercial performance.

You will coordinate bump-in/out, recruit and develop staff, manage F&B;, sponsorship activations, payroll, and labour costs while ensuring compliance and high standards. This is a fixed-term full time contract from 15 October **** to 21 April ****.
