You'll join an established team at Country Motor Company, representing Hyundai, Isuzu UTE and GWM.

About the role
n
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key link between our customers and workshop.
n
Your day will include:
n
n
Welcoming customers and managing the service check-in process
n
Preparing repair orders, bookings and estimates
n
Keeping customers informed throughout the day
n
Explaining service, repair and maintenance requirements
n
Liaising with our Workshop Controller and technicians
n
Managing additional work and customer authorisations
n
Preparing and explaining invoices at vehicle collection
n
Building solid, long-term relationships with our customers
n
n
About you
n
We're looking for someone who:
n
n




Has previous automotive Service Advisor experience
n
Genuinely enjoys dealing with customers
n
Communicates confidently face-to-face and over the phone
n
Is organised and comfortable managing a busy workload
n
Can prioritise and think on its feet
n
Works well as part of a team
n
Is confident using dealership and computer systems
n
Takes ownership and follows things through
n
Holds a current NSW Driver's Licence
n
