About the role
n
In this role,
the Commercial Cleaner/Property Maintenance Worker will use their diverse skillset to deliver high-quality maintenance and handyperson services to our valued clients across the region.
n
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
n
general cleaning of properties & common areas
n
gardening/grounds maintenance incl mowing, pruning, weeding, etc.
n
basic handyman tasks (minor repairs, painting, fixtures, maintenance checks)
n
identifying and reporting maintenance issues
n
ensuring properties are secure, clean & presentable.
n
What we're looking for
n
Full Australian working rights essential (role is Melbourne-based)
n
Min. 1-2 years property maintenance experience or similar
n
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
n
Ability to work
independently/manage
time effectively
n
