Role Description
Develop and maintain customer relationships Provide customer service via face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and emails Liaise with colleagues to deliver orders and stock information efficiently Investigate and resolve customer complaints Take all incoming customer enquiries and refer them to other departments if required (estimating, scheduling, etc.)
