Community Home Australia is increasing our clinical capacity in the ACT and is seeking a suitably qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in Canberra.
Community Home Australia is an established, registered NDIS provider and charity serving the Canberra community since **** by providing internationally recognised specialist younger onset dementia and neurocognitive disability services.
All applicants must :
hold registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Have experience is supporting clients with tracheostomy care and have completed accredited training and hold endorsement in this clinical area
have a strong desire to work with people living with dementia, cognitive impairment and neurocognitive disability
have a desire and willingness to complete ongoing education and training
be currently living in Australia
have authority to work in Australia
The role is a combination of direct care provision, team supervision and mentoring and reports directly to the ACT Territory Manager.
We require all staff to display flexibility and a willingness to engage actively with our guests to enable them to live their lives as they wish.
