In this pivotal role, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring enquiries, quotes, orders, deliveries, and contract renewals are managed seamlessly from start to finish.

About the RoleAs the Sales office Coordinator, you will work closely with Management, Sales Representatives, Internal Sales, Warehouse Operations, and Coregas teams to ensure customer requirements are accurately captured, processed, and fulfilled to the highest service standards.
Your role will be instrumental in maintaining strong customer relationships, protecting commercial outcomes, and ensuring smooth operational delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries, quotes, orders, and service requests with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate order fulfilment and liaise with warehouse and supply teams to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare and administer customer quotations, ensuring correct pricing, product selection, and documentation.
Monitor and expedite orders, proactively identifying and resolving potential supply or service issues.
Coordinate contract renewals and maintain continuity of customer agreements.
Manage product substitutions, ensuring suitability, customer satisfaction, and margin protection.
Support vendor communication and supply chain coordination, including ETA management and issue escalation.
Maintain high standards of CRM, ERP, and order processing data integrity.
Act as the key communication link between customers and internal teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
What You'll Bring
Previous experience in sales support, customer service, internal sales, administration, or operational coordination.
Exceptional customer service and stakeholder management skills.
Strong attention to detail with proven accuracy in processing orders, pricing, and documentation.
Experience coordinating multiple priorities and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across various teams.
Commercial awareness and an understanding of pricing, margins, and customer agreements.
Experience using CRM, ERP, or order management systems will be highly regarded.
