Our client is seeking an experienced FP&A; professional to join the team on a three to four day per week basis for a four-month contract. This position has been intentionally structured as a part‐time opportunity to provide flexibility for an experienced finance skilled who may be balancing family commitments, consulting work or a lifestyle change.

Our client is focused on securing the strongest capability available and is open to someone bringing a higher level of commercial finance experience on a reduced working week. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager, you'll partner closely with operational leaders to deliver meaningful analysis, financial modelling and decision support across a diverse organisation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver monthly management reporting and commercial analysis
n
Build financial models and forecasting tools
n
Analyse operational and financial performance
n




Partner with stakeholders to understand business drivers
n
Support budgeting and forecasting processes
n
Review labour costs, workforce metrics and operational trends
n
Identify opportunities to improve reporting and decision making
n
Provide commercial insights to support operational leaders
n
n
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
n
n
Demonstrated experience in FP&A; or Commercial Finance
n
Strong financial modelling and analytical capability
n
Advanced Excel skills
n
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
n
Commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
n
Experience in a large or complex organisation will be highly regarded
n
Power BI, Power Query or Business Central experience is advantageous
n
