Hipcamp is seeking a Customer Support Guide on a 12-month contract to support campers and Hosts across bookings, payments, refunds, and listings. You'll troubleshoot with empathy, de-escalate issues, and collaborate with product teams using AI tools.

This fully remote role operates on a five-shift, 38-hour week with versatile start times, across Australia, the Philippines, and the United States. A couple of years in support and strong written and verbal communication are preferred.
