An exciting opportunity has become available for a highly motivated and experienced clinician to join our management team at North Shore Private Hospital! This is a permanent, full time position.

About the Role
n
As the Clinical Coordinator of General Surgery in our Theatre Department, you will be responsible for working with and supporting other Nurse Unit Managers and Clinical staff in a hands‐on clinical capacity; achieving excellence in the delivery of patient care in line with best practice and legislative requirements.
n
The General Surgery portfolio consists of:

Endocrinology
n
Breast surgery
n
Bariatric surgery
n
n
About You
n
To succeed in this role, you will bring a strong General Surgery clinical skillset and recent management experience within a hospital setting.
n
You will have exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering excellent client care and customer service.
n
You will also bring:
n
n
Relevant qualifications and Registration with AHPRA
n
Minimum five (5) years' post graduate nursing experience
n
Proven knowledge as a senior nurse or manager
n
Management or relevant post‐graduate specialty qualifications will be highly regarded.
n
Experience or exposure to managing clinical staff including recruitment, rostering and performance management.
n




Ability to effectively plan and manage financial, human and capital resources.
