The menu is made for sharing and is suited to all ages. Start with wood-fired bread made to order with small plates of local and house-made antipasto. Move on to flavour-packed pasta from Eggert, and then perhaps the chicken or fish, perfectly cooked in the Josper charcoal oven. And always leave room for dessert – tiramisu, sorbet and a Neopolitan ice-cream sandwich will take you back to the flavours of your childhood, but better.

The Role
n
We're looking for a strong Chef de Partie or Junior Sous chef who thrives in a quick-paced restaurant and has solid experience across pasta and grill.
n
This is a hands‐on role for a chef who takes pride in their section, works with consistency and wants to be part of a high‐performing kitchen team.
n
n
CDP experience in a busy restaurant,



hotel or brasserie.
n
Strong pasta experience, with confidence executing pasta to a consistently high standard.
n
OR - Solid grill experience, ideally working with charcoal or a Josper oven.
n
A genuine passion for Italian food and quality produce.
n
The ability to confidently run a section during busy service.
n
Strong organisation, communication and attention to detail.
n
A positive attitude and calm approach under pressure.
n
A professional presentation, particularly as you'll be working in an open kitchen.
n
A willingness to support and develop junior chefs.
n
n
Italian cuisine and wood‐fired cooking experience is highly regarded.
