Lead service that creates prospect by:
n
Supporting the Service Manager with day‐to‐day operations, planning and service delivery.
n
Enabling the team to deliver high‐quality, safe and person‐centred supports.
n
Promoting a positive, respectful and professional team culture.
n
Developing and coordinating client‐led individual and group programs.
n
Actively engaging clients in meaningful daily activities.
n
Implementing positive behaviour support and approved restrictive practices where required.
n
Building strong partnerships with families and stakeholders.
n
Ensuring accurate intake, onboarding, billing and reporting processes.
n
Maintaining compliance across safeguarding, WHS, incident management and audits.
n

Proven ability to coach and support colleagues in developing their skills, capabilities, and knowledge to deliver high-quality services.

Experience in coordinating daily operations and tasks for a team.
n
Expertise in preparing plans and documentation focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
n
An engaged and proactive leader who actively contributes and encourages innovative approaches.
n
A tertiary qualification, Certificate IV in Community Services, disability, or aged care will be advantageous for success in this role.
