About the role
n
Permanent Part-time Registered Nurse around Queanbeyan, ACT and surrounds.
n
Initially 3 days per week, days negotiable, with potential to increase.
n
Work with Aged care clients, completing initial and 3-monthly nursing reviews
n
Complete case notes and clinical documentation
n
Complete nursing interventions, such as wound care, clinical escalation and medication concerns
n




Provide clinical support and advice to our Support at Home Coordinators
n
About you
n
You have a Bachelor of Nursing , and a current AHPRA registration
n
5 years clinical experience; including wound care and catheter care
n
Experience working with aged care clients
n
You are able to work independently and within a team
n
You are able to travel to clients houses
n
Excellent communication shills, verbal and written
n
Willingness to learn a new system
