Fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Generalist to join a leading national building services company based in Moorabbin. This is a true generalist role where you'll partner with managers across the business, providing practical HR advice while supporting the full employee lifecycle.

What you'll be doing
n
n
Providing HR advisory support across all aspects of employee relations, including dispute resolution, workplace investigations and negotiations
n
Supporting the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and development
n
Ensuring consistent HR processes, documentation and compliance
n
Managing performance management processes
n
Contributing to engagement, retention and continuous improvement initiatives
n




Building trusted relationships with employees and managers while maintaining a commercial approach to decision making
n
n
What you'll bring
n
n
3–5+ years' experience in an HR Generalist, Coordinator or Advisor role
n
Demonstrated experience managing employee relations, including workplace disputes, conflict resolution and negotiations
n
Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
n
Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
n
A proactive, people focussed approach combined with strong commercial awareness and sound business judgement
n
Previous experience in the building services or construction industry will be highly regarded
n
n
