What skills and experience we're looking for

The successful candidate will:
n
n
have a recognisable qualification in a building services trade, surveying, property management, health & safety or other directly relevant experience
n
have experience in a multi-site workplace and a proven track record of managing large property portfolio's
n
Demonstrate strong financial experience managing large budgets, centralising procurement and driving commercial value
n
n
