About the role
n
n
Support the preparation, review and administration of contracts, working closely with internal stakeholders and legal advisors to ensure all documentation is accurate and ready for execution.
n
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers and other key stakeholders.
n
Respond to customer enquiries and requests via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service and responsiveness.
n
Maintain accurate contract, customer and stakeholder records within CRM and document management systems.
n
Provide advice and support on emerging issues, service delivery priorities and contract-related matters.
n
Identify issues, discrepancies and risks, applying sound judgement to support effective resolution and decision-making.
n
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing processes, service delivery and the overall customer experience.

About you
n
n
Exceptional accuracy and precision, with a solid attention to detailed experience working in a highly regulated environment.
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
Sound knowledge of legal and compliance requirements
n
Strong records management skills, including maintaining accurate customer and contract information within CRM systems
n
