Position

We're seeking a confident and commercially minded Finance Business Partner to partner with business leaders, provide actionable insights, and help shape business performance through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Partner with leaders to influence strategic and commercial decision-making.
n
Deliver financial insights, performance analysis and recommendations that drive business growth.
n
Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
n
Build financial models and scenario analyses to support key business decisions.
n
Enhance reporting, dashboards and BI tools to improve visibility and performance tracking.
n
Monitor business performance, identify trends and provide actionable commentary.
n
Drive process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and enhance outcomes.
n
Present financial results and insights to senior stakeholders.
n
Contribute to a collaborative,
high-performing finance team focused on continuous improvement.
n
n
Profile
n
n
CA/CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
n
5+ years' experience in FP&A;, Commercial Finance, Financial Accounting or Business Partnering.
n
Advanced Excel and financial modelling expertise.
n
Strong experience with Power BI and planning tools such as TM1, Cognos or Jedox.
n
Exposure to SQL, Python, R or other analytics tools is highly regarded.
n
AI-savvy, with a keen interest in leveraging emerging technologies, automation and data-driven insights to improve business outcomes.
n
Commercially astute with exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
n
Proactive, analytical and solutions-focused, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
n
Skilled services background essential.
n
Central CBD location, 5 days onsite
n
