Explorers Early Learning is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead day-to-day facilities across our growing network in Victoria. You will ensure centres are secure, compliant, and well maintained so educators and families can focus on learning.

The role requires hands-on leadership of 4–6 direct reports, contract and vendor management, and strong knowledge of building codes and WHS. A trade or tertiary qualification in facilities management is preferred.
