Job Description
Central Cleaning Supplies is seeking an experienced Systems & Database Manager to support the Users, ERP system, databases, reporting, integrations, and internal business systems. This is a hands-on, office-based role reporting to the Group CFO and Managing Director.

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for internal system and IT-related issues and will coordinate with the external IT provider for managed servers, network, cybersecurity, patching, and infrastructure support.

Key responsibilities
n
Support and monitor ERP, databases, reporting tools, integrations, and business-critical systems
n
Act as the first point of contact for internal IT and system-related issues
n
Coordinate with the external IT company for support tickets, server matters, patching, updates, and service issues
n
Maintain and improve SQL databases, queries, views, stored procedures, reports, and data processes
n
Develop and maintain Crystal Reports, management reports, operational reports, and system reports
n
Use Python, SQL, PowerShell, APIs, CSV, XML, JSON, EDI, and automation tools to improve system efficiency
n
Support EDI, API integrations,



data imports/exports, and system-to-system data exchange
n
Assist with Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and business intelligence reporting
n
Support users with ERP, reporting, data, and system queries
n
Identify system improvements and help streamline business processes
n
About you
n
Nexus ERP experience will be highly regarded
n
Experience with APIs, EDI, data integrations, CSV, XML, JSON, and automation tools
n
Strong SQL database administration and reporting experience
n
Strong Crystal Reports experience is essential
n
Python programming skills are essential
n
Good understanding of ERP and business systems
n
Power BI skills will be an advantage
n
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
n
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
n
