Job Description
Through Inbound and Outbound calls, take ownership of an assigned account base and proactively build strong customer connections to uncover opportunities and deliver high-quality, pre-qualified leads to the Commercial and Industrial sales team.

Key Responsibilities
n

Manage inbound enquiries and outbound customer contact activities.
n
Generate and qualify sales leads.
n
Maintain CRM records.
n
Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
n
Coordinate daily transport schedules and vehicle bookings.
n
Enter and maintain transport jobs.
n
Monitor transport activities and communicate delays.
n
Assist with route planning and fleet utilisation.
n
Prepare manifests and waste tracking documentation.
n
Support Dangerous Goods, EPA and Chain of Responsibility compliance.
n
Coordinate with drivers, subcontractors and operations personnel.
n
Monitor driver paperwork and compliance records.
n
Assist with vehicle maintenance scheduling.
n
Support operational KPI reporting.
n




Assist with after-hours and emergency response coordination.
n
Contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture.
n
Perform administrative duties supporting Sales, Operations and Transport teams.
n

Skills & Experience
n
n
Strong administration and organisational skills
n
CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
n
Ability to manage multiple priorities
n
Dangerous Goods and CoR knowledge advantageous
n
