Remuneration:$*****p/hr
+ Super +NFPSalary Packaging(save tax and increase your take home pay)+ commission program for high performers

Your part in our Lifeline team
n
Along with your passionfor your local
communityandleadinga
store thatprovidesgreat customer serviceyouwill:
n
Demonstrate a passion for Lifeline and its purpose, promoting its service and value to the community through personal actions, behaviours, practices and outcomes
n
Manage all aspects of a retail operation and delegate responsibilities whereappropriate to ensure sound business practices are adhered to and sales targets areachieved
n
Work with staff and volunteers to review and monitor pricing, visual
merchandising,promotional
events and selling techniques to ensure that profitability is maintainedand improved
n
Maintain effective communication channels within direct team, regional supportfunctions and external stakeholders and provide assistance to team members inhandling customer complaints / enquiries
n
Identify issues and opportunities based on selling and customer feedback
n
Set objectives and prioritise tasks, ensuring objectives are tied to overall businessstrategy
n
Coach and develop direct reports daily,
ensuring development goals are linked tobusiness objectives and improved performance
n
What makes a difference for us
n
To be successful for this role you will need to be/have:
n
Be passionate about Lifeline and be able to articulate its purpose
n
Demonstrated experience in retail management (or hospitality management with a background in retail), including experience in coaching and mentoring people
n
Ability to deliver a high level of customer service and exceed customer expectations
n
Demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store roles, including but not limited to customer service, visual presentation, online marketing and stock control
n
Create a values driven, diverse and safe employment environment that attracts, engages and retains skilled employees and volunteers
n
Communicate promotional event information to maximise results
n
Identifyissues and opportunities based on trends and customer feedback
n
Setting and exceeding priorities to meet daily deadlines; developing plans to meet short-term objectives
n
Strong problem solving and influencing skills
n
Ability to use a retail business systems, POS and Microsoft Office
n
