As part of the Service team, you are the brilliant smiling agent that helps relay guest needs to technicians and communicate service information in a friendly and easy-to-understand way for our customers.

You explain processes and invoices, provide updates, take payments, and complete documentation all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Previous Service Advisor, Technician or Parts Interpreter experience
n
Strong commitment to following processes
n
Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
Current Manual Driver's License
n

Your Service Booking Agent duties will include:
n
n




Meet and greet customers and ensure that they are attended to with joy and professionalism.
n
Listening to guests, asking probing questions, qualifying concerns, and documenting issues for our workshop to review.
n
Ensuring job cards (internal documentation) are correct and complete with guest and vehicle details.
n
Providing customer support via phone, email and face to face.
n
Tracking vehicle progress, ensuring cars are completed on time and keeping customers informed.
n
Process and explain documentation and receipt payments.
n
Supporting and educating customers in the servicing and maintenance of their vehicle.
n
Participating in in-person and online training activities.
n
