About the Role
n
The PMOAnalystsupports the Director of Enterprise Portfolio Management by providing governance, assurance,
strategicanalysisand
planning, while contributing to effective portfolio management and a high-performing Project Assurance team.
n
Key Accountabilities
n
Develop
andmaintaingovernance
frameworks,
methodologies,processesand
templates aligned with DGS requirements.
n
Provideexpert guidance and support to project teams on
governance,planningand
scheduling.
n
Develop and manage integrated master project schedules, tracking dependencies, progress,risksand issues.
n
Review project documentation and analyse project performance to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
n
Drive continuous improvement and deliver PMO training across project management, governance, riskmanagementand supporting tools.
n
About You
n
Proven experience as a PMO Analyst within a high-performing EPMO/PMO workplace.
n
Ability to independently manage PMO
priorities,workloadsand
competing demands in complex environments.
n




Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, including handling complex issues where established policies or precedents may not exist.
n
Excellent
written,interpersonaland
communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to diverse audiences.
n
